INTEGRITY is an official organization of the Episcopal Church. For over 30 years Integrity has been an organization that includes women and men, single and partnered, who are bisexual, homosexual and transgender along with their heterosexual friends.

Integrity promotes inclusion of persons of all sexual orientations in the life of the Church. Chapters sponsor worship Services, educational programs, social events, and outreach activities. There are over 70 chapters in the United States, Canada, Australia and Africa.
At St. Andrew’s Church, an intentionally inclusive congregation, Integrity - Palm Beach is a parish activity that was established in October of 2001. People of all sexual orientations participate! About a third of those attending are heterosexual. Supper is served at Integrity gatherings.
One does not have to be an Episcopalian to participate in Integrity - Palm Beach.
Integrity - Palm Beach is committed to the "Summary of the Law" given by Christ as our ethical absolute: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. The second is like it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all other laws and the prophets.
CURRENT INTEGRITY-PALM BEACH BOARD
The Board of Integrity-Palm Beach draws from the diverse population of St. Andrew’s Church including gay and straight members and representatives of the academic, artistic, clerical, non-profit and corporate communities in Palm Beach County.
P. Vance Oden, Convener and Co-Founder of Integrity-Palm Beach, has resigned after five years of dynamic leadership.
Margot Emery, Vice-President, has assumed the Convener’s position. The Integrity Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Ben Lowe to fill the vacant slot. The Integrity Board also includes Patrick McKenna, Deacon Patricia Masterman (Pastoral Chaplain), and Fr. Paul Rasmus (ex officio Chaplain).
Margot Emery provides a vital lay ministry at Saint Andrew’s as a liturgical leader, speaker, and vestry member. Ms. Emery is Managing Director of the Core Ensemble, a chamber music theatre group, which tours nationally and internationally from its home base in Lake Worth.
Dr. Ben Lowe, Associate Professor of History at Florida Atlantic University, specializes in early modern European history, with particular attention to the mid-Tudor period. His research focuses on the religion, social ideology and political culture of England during the early Reformation (c. 1530-60). Currently, he is completing a book on the process of Reformation in Gloucester and a study of the cult of Henry VI in the early Tudor period.
